*Costs vary depending on the number of participants. We will consider a discounted rate for career development awardees with no access to additional funds.

**If you propose to use the “PREPAREforYourCare.org” URL in the electronic health record for either the Basic Research or Premium Research License, you must meet with our team to discuss how you plan to use it during and after the study. A Student Research License does not allow researchers to modify the materials or use the “PREPAREforYourCare.org” URL within an electronic health record.
